Your application for admission in one of the IMT Graduate Schools of Engineering & Management, starts here!

Apply online here (no application fees) and complete first the electronic contact form to join us in one of our program in the following frame:

  1. MASTER OF SCIENCE PROGRAM MOBILITY  (exchange student or double degree student*)

Before you start, be sure to prepare supporting documents requested (see list below) which must be uploaded. These documents are compulsory in order to assess your application.

  • Photo

  • Motivation letter

  • University transcripts

  • Bachelor degree (or certificate)

  • University/Professional references letters

  • English test (IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, Cambridge) or Certificate of English as a medium of instruction / French test (if required for French programs)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements for MSc applicants:

​

  • A Bachelor's degree in a subject closely related to the one selected for graduate work

  • Nomination letter from one the Indonesian FICEM University (contact the International office of your University)

  • High academic achievement: the minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average is non indicated

  • Proficiency in English (for MSc taught in English)

​

Many factors are taken into consideration in the admission decision, including academic credentials and grades, motivation letter and also professional experience. All students must meet the minimum requirements above to be considered for acceptance. Meeting the minimum admissions requirements does not guarantee the admission. Admission to graduate studies is highly competitive and also depends on the admissions requirements of the academic unit and the availability of resources such as supervision, funding, laboratory space, class size, etc.
